Corn germ oil is a vegetable oil made from corn germs, mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acids. Among them, linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid of the human body and is a component of human cells. It can be combined with cholesterol in the human body, showing fluidity and normal metabolism, and has the effect of preventing atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Sterol has the effect of lowering cholesterol, is rich in vitamin E, has antioxidant effect, can prevent and treat dry eye, night blindness, dermatitis, bronchiectasis and other functions, and has a certain anti-cancer effect. Because of the above-mentioned characteristics of corn oil, and also because of its high nutritional value, good taste, and not easy to deteriorate, it is very popular among people.

 

Ⅰ、Production process of corn germ oil pressing equipment:

Corn germ→cleaning→steaming and frying→pressing→filtering→germ crude oil→going to the refining workshop

 

1. The corn oil complete set of equipment developed by ZTE Grain and Oil Machinery is mainly hot pressing of corn germ, but also cold pressing.

2. Using cleaning, impurity removal and hot pressing technology, the pressed oil has good color, low acid value and high nutritional value.

3. The benzopyrene index that customers are more concerned about is solved in the pressing process, and the nutrient content is fully maintained.

4. The oil press adopts a screw press, the output of this machine can be adjusted, the residual oil is low, and the production efficiency is high.

Ⅱ、Refining process:

1. Brief description:

This workshop adopts intermittent refining production technology. According to the different types and quality of crude oil, the process parameters can be adjusted and different refining methods can be selected to produce first, second and third grade edible oil. The process equipment we provide has the following advantages:

Flexible and convenient adjustment, even if the quality of raw materials changes slightly, it can still be produced normally;

Maximum use of heat and significant energy saving effect;

The fully enclosed production process avoids the oxidation of grease and ensures the high quality and stability of the product;

The appearance of the equipment is clean and beautiful, the equipment is guaranteed for a long time, and the life-long after-sales service.

 

2. Refining process description:

Crude oil → Alkali refining → Degumming → Bleaching → Deodorize → Cool down → Deodorized oil → Go to the dewaxing workshop

 

(2)Process description:

① Alkali refining operation: adjust the oil temperature to about 60℃, then add 20-30Be lye (1kg caustic soda + 5kg water lye) within 5-10min, and stir at 60r/min for 5-10min, observe After the reaction, the soap particles form a separation condition and start to slowly increase the temperature. Change to slow stirring, and increase by about 1°C per minute. When the temperature reaches 65°C, the oil soap separates obviously. Stop stirring and start to settle the soap feet. Generally, 4 Soap feet are released after -6h.

② ashing operation: After the soapstock is released, the oil is further heated to 75℃, and then added with hot water greater than 5% of the weight of the oil for washing. The water temperature should be 5-10℃ higher than the oil temperature and easy to emulsify if the water temperature is too low. After the water is finished, continue to stir for 5 minutes, and then settle for 3-4 hours, release soapy water, and repeatedly wash with water for 1-2 times, depending on the quality of the clear oil.

③ Decolorization operation: Turn on the vacuum pump to make the vacuum ≧700mmHg; first suck the washed alkali refining oil into the decolorization tank, turn on the stirring and increase the temperature under vacuum, and continue stirring for 10 minutes after the temperature reaches 100°C to reduce the water content in the oil to below 0.1% , And then suck in a small amount of decolorizing agent (white clay or activated carbon), the addition amount depends on the oil product, generally 2%-4% of the oil amount, after stirring for 20 minutes, the temperature is cooled to about 90 ℃, the vacuum is broken, and the decolorization pump is turned on to the filter Carry out oil-soil separation to obtain decolorized oil.

④ Deodorization operation: The decolorized oil is sucked into the deodorization tank by vacuum. When the vacuum degree reaches 755mmHg and the temperature is above 150℃, open the bottom of the steam directly to start distillation and deodorization, and start timing.

a. Deodorization time: 2-3h,

b. Deodorization temperature: 220℃-240℃,

c. Deodorization vacuum degree: above 755mmHg,

d. The whole process must be directly steam distilled.

Ⅲ、Dewaxing process

1. Brief description:

In the processing of germ oil grease, the wax inherent in the germ oil grease can be separated from the oil through the dewaxing process, so as to enhance the nutritional value of the oil and improve the taste and quality of the oil.
