The complete set of 150-ton corn processing equipment adopts automated solutions to minimize labor expenditures and reduce production costs. A team of professional grain art designers and commissioning engineers ensure the advanced nature of the process, which not only reduces energy consumption, but also reduces the impact of magazines, ash, and bran on the finished product.
Process introduction:
Corn double production (gritting, flour milling) complete sets of equipment adopts automated solutions, which greatly reduces labor expenditures and production costs. A team of professional grain art designers and commissioning engineers ensure the rationality of the process, which not only reduces energy consumption, but also reduces the impact of magazines, ash, and bran on the finished product. The yield and quality of various products have reached or surpassed national standards, increasing the competitiveness of products in the market.
The whole set of equipment has the characteristics of reasonable technology, strong specificity, reasonable layout, low dynamic consumption, high powder extraction rate, and good quality of finished products. The finished product is widely used in food companies, sugar companies, and beer companies.
1. Section description:
(1) Fine grits: the material is broken into grits, and the endosperm (white spots) with less hardness is beaten into powder;
(2) Brush powder: separate the white powder in the material;
(3) Screening: classification according to the size of the material;
(4) Suspension: Use airflow to separate microskins from grits according to the specific gravity of the material.
2. Pulverizing section using multiple grinding and sieving processes.
(1) Grinding: The surface sand that enters the mill is ground into a powder;
(2) Sieve: separate the finely ground powder from the material.
3. Measuring and packaging section: The storage warehouse can reduce the amount of labor, and the measuring and packaging can be manual or electronic.

(1) Product structure: corn grits/ballast, corn flour, corn husks.
(2) Product production rate: grade corn grits, grade corn flour 25-30%, corn husk 20-25%. The total yield of corn grits and corn flour: 75~80%.
(3) Finished product index.
a. Corn flour fineness: 40-200 mesh (the flour fineness can be adjusted)
b. Sand content: <0.02%
c. Magnetic metal content: <0.003/kg
d. Moisture: Storage type 13.5-14.5%
e. Fat content: 0.5-1%
f. Appearance and taste: uniform particles, golden color, smooth particles without edges and corners, fine powder, and pure taste.
Core equipment: vibrating screen, grading stone removal machine, fan, air suction duct, degerming machine, germ selection machine, peeling machine, polishing machine, flat screen, etc.
5. Technical characteristics:
(1) Compared with the complete set of corn wet processing technology, it reduces the equipment investment for pre-grain moistening and post-finished product drying;
(2) The complete set of corn dry processing technology, the material processing process does not need to contact water, the processing is more hygienic, simpler and more labor-saving;
(3) Use core peeling equipment to reduce the loss of endosperm in the peeling process.
