Corn grits processing equipment adopts (full dry method) mixed dehulling and degerming technology, which can simultaneously produce low-fat corn grits, corn flour and corn husks of different particle sizes.

Processing technology:

1. Cleaning section: using two screens, two removing stones, and two magnetic separations, and through the equipped winnowing system, the large and small impurities in the grain are removed

2. Peeling and degerming section: adopts two peeling, two polishing, one sieving (the corn moisture in the northeast region is relatively large, the peeling and degerming section can be adjusted appropriately)

3. Grizzly making section: the process of fine grits, powder brushing, sieving and classification suspension

4. Flour milling section: using multiple grinding and sieving processes

5. Measuring and packing section: the storage bin can reduce the labor, and the measuring and packing can use manual weighing or electronic packing scale
