Work process:

Pour the raw grain into the hopper of the single-link elevator, and send it to the TQS-50 type cleaning and stone removal combined machine by the TTG19/8D single-link elevator to clean out the large and small impurities and side stones in the raw materials. The net grain flows into the hopper of the elevator of the NFZ-280G peeling and polishing combination machine, and the elevator is sent to the NFZ-280G peeling and polishing combination machine for peeling and polishing. The raw grains after the peeling and polishing flow into YMSF. The -404 type four-separation grits machine elevator feeds into the hopper, which is carried by the machine elevator to the YMSF-404 four-separation machine grits for crushing. The crushed grits and powder are classified into large grits, medium grits, small grits and powder by cylinder grading and then can be packaged. The chaff is drawn into the centrifugal spiral dust collector by the exhaust fan for collection.
