Performance characteristics:
1. Arrange the oil pressing screw and the expanding screw on the same main shaft, and the pre-pressing chamber and the expanding chamber are arranged one after another to complete the pre-pressing and expanding machine.
2. The variable speed gear of the double screw oil press and two synchronous transmission gears are arranged in a gear box, which shortens the length of the machine body, improves the concentricity and strength of the equipment, and increases the life of the equipment by more than 1.5 times.
3. The two-hole pressing chamber is changed to three-holes. The upper and lower two holes in the front are spiraled into a toothed shape, which increases the crushing capacity and makes the large-scale pre-pressing of the whole grain easier.
4. Water or steam spray nozzles are installed in the filter-drying section of the double screw press chamber to adjust the temperature of the cake, prevent scorching, and reduce residual oil.
5. Taking corn germ processing as an example, the process of crushing, rolling embryo, steaming and frying can be omitted, equipment investment is reduced by 50%, power consumption is reduced by 40%, coal consumption is reduced by 60%, and the pollution of oil processing to the environment is reduced.
