Ⅰ、Sunflower seed oil pressing equipment production process:

Ⅱ、Refining process:

1. Brief introduction:

The workshop adopts the intermittent refining process. According to the type and quality of crude oil, the process parameters can be adjusted and different refining methods can be selected to produce the first, second and third grade edible oil; The process equipment we provide has the following advantages:

3.process description:

(1) alkali refining operation: adjust the oil temperature to about 60 ℃, then add 20-30be lye (1kg caustic soda + 5kg water lye) in 5-10min, and stir for 5-10min under the condition of 60R / min, observe the separation condition of soap particles after reaction, and start to raise the temperature slowly, change to slow stirring, increase about 1 ℃ per minute, when the temperature reaches 65 ℃, oil soap separation is obvious, stop stirring, Generally, it takes 4-6h to let out the soap residue.

(2) water washing operation: after the soap foot is released, the oil is further heated to 75 ℃, and then hot water more than 5% of the oil weight is added for water washing. The water temperature should be 5-10 ℃ higher than the oil temperature, and it is easy to emulsify when the water temperature is too low; After adding water, continue to stir for 5min, then static sedimentation for 3-4h, release soapy water, and repeatedly wash for 1-2 times, depending on the quality of clean oil.

(3) decolorization operation: start the vacuum pump to make the vacuum ≥ 700mmhg; First, the washed alkali oil is sucked into the decolorizing tank, and the stirring is started under vacuum. After the temperature reaches 100 ℃, the stirring is continued for 10min to reduce the water content in the oil to less than 0.1%. Then, a small amount of decolorizing agent (clay or activated carbon) is inhaled. The addition amount depends on the oil, generally 2% - 4% of the oil. After stirring for 20min, the temperature is reduced to about 90 ℃ to break the vacuum, Open the decolorization pump to the filter for oil and soil separation to obtain decolorized oil.

(4) Deodorization operation: the decolorized oil is sucked into the deodorization tank by vacuum. When the vacuum degree reaches 755mmhg and the temperature is above 150 ℃, the direct steam at the bottom is opened to start distillation deodorization, and the timing is started;

① deodorization time: 2-3 h.

② deodorization temperature: 220 ℃ - 240 ℃.

③ deodorization vacuum degree: above 755mmhg.

④ the whole process must be directly steam distillation.

Ⅲ、 Dewaxing process

1. Brief introduction:

Sunflower seed is one of the four major oil crops in the world. The oil content of sunflower seed is about 40% - 45%. Sunflower seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids for human body. The content of unsaturated fatty acids is as high as 85% - 90%, and the content of linoleic acid is as high as 65% - 70%; Sunflower seed oil contains a small amount of wax (generally 0.06% - 0.1% of crude oil). The existence of wax not only affects the transparency and taste of the oil, but also causes smoke and choking smell when cooking, which affects human health; Therefore, it is difficult to improve the quality of sunflower seed oil without dewaxing.
