2.Process flow description:
(1)degumming alkali refining process
Alkali refining operation: adjust the oil temperature to about 60℃, then add 20-30Be lye (1kg caustic soda + 5kg water lye) within 5-10min, and stir at 60r/min for 5-10min, observe the reaction After the soap nuggets form a separation condition and start to slowly heat up, change to slow stirring, and increase by about 1°C per minute. When the temperature reaches 65°C, the oil soap separates obviously, stop the stirring and start static precipitation of soap feet, generally 4- Soap feet were released after 6h.
Washing operation: After the soapstock is released, the oil is further heated to 75℃, and then added with hot water greater than 5% of the weight of the oil for washing. The water temperature should be 5-10℃ higher than the oil temperature and easy to emulsify if the water temperature is too low. After the water is finished, continue to stir for 5 minutes, and then settle for 3-4 hours, release soapy water, and repeatedly wash with water for 1-2 times, depending on the quality of the clear oil.
(2) decolorization operation:
Turn on the vacuum pump to make the vacuum ≧700mmHg; first suck the washed alkali refining oil into the decolorization tank, and start stirring and heating under vacuum. After the temperature reaches 100℃, continue to stir for 10 minutes to reduce the water content in the oil to below 0.1%, and then suck in A small amount of decoloring agent (white clay or activated carbon), the amount of addition depends on the oil product, generally 2%-4% of the oil volume, after stirring for 20 minutes, the temperature is cooled to about 90℃, the vacuum is broken, and the decolorizing pump is turned on to the filter to perform the oily soil Separate to obtain decolorized oil.

After the oil inlet of each layer is completed, close the oil inlet pump, close the oil inlet valve, turn on the canned motor pump and heat the oil temperature to above 150℃ through the heat transfer oil heater, and turn on the direct steam to make Turn the oil up and down while continuing to raise the oil temperature to 240℃-260℃. After circulating for about 1 hour, close the circulation valve and open the two oil-to-oil heat exchanger valves. The oil before being qualified returns to the decolorizing oil storage tank and enters Circulate inside the deacidification and deodorization tower, open the product oil tank valve after passing the sampling inspection, and adjust the oil inlet and outlet valves to balance the liquid level in the tower. When the decolorized oil is produced, close the oil inlet pump and the intermediate pump, and open the oil discharge valves of each layer in turn to drain the oil from the bottom layer. At the same time, close the direct steam valve of each layer in turn, and close the vacuum pump, canned motor pump, and product oil outlet valve. The entire production process is completed.

4. Main features of the equipment:
(1)Physical deacidification and deodorization combined tower
The combined packed tower is a new type of deacidification and deodorization equipment. It combines the functions of a packed deacidification tower, a plate type deodorization tower, and heat-sensitive decolorization. It has the advantages of lighter oil color, low acid value, less refining consumption, and steam saving. , It is more flexible to use than single packed tower and plate tower, has lower production cost and better effect.
(2)Working principle of combined deacidification and deodorization tower
The upper part of the combined deacidification and deodorization tower is the packing section, and the lower part is the plate section. The oil enters from the top of the tower and forms an oil film on the packing evenly through the oil separator. It flows from top to bottom, and the countercurrent superheated steam steams on the packing. Liquid reverse contact, firstly distill out fatty acid and part of light components in the packing section, vacuum pump away, and then the oil flows into the plate section through the pipeline, the direct steam in the plate section is sprayed out of the oil in a bubbling form, and it is combined with the oil again. In contact stripping, the oil passes high vacuum in the plate section to reduce the boiling point of odorous substances, and through the distillation of superheated steam, so as to achieve the purpose of deodorization, and stay for thermal decolorization, and the deodorized oil is discharged from the bottom of the tower to end physical refining process.
