Rice bran oil is mainly composed of the following parts:

Pretreatment process:

Rice bran → magnetic separation → bran and rice separation → softening and tempering → rice bran puffing → drying and cooling → to the leaching workshop

 

Leaching process:

      Solvent            solvent recover

            ↓                         ↓

Puffed rice bran → oil leaching → mixed oil treatment → crude oil

            ↓

Solvent recovery ← steaming off wet meal → finished meal

 

Refining process:

Rice bran wool oil → phosphoric acid degumming → washing and drying → dewaxing → decolorization → physical deacidification and deodorization → degreasing → refined oil

 

The pretreatment mainly includes rice bran separation section, rice bran softening and tempering section and rice bran expansion chemical section.

The leaching is mainly the leaching system, the evaporation system, the evaporation system and the condensation system.

Rice bran oil refining consists of continuous dephosphorization and degumming section, physical deacidification and deodorization section, continuous dehydration section, decolorization and filtration stage, crystallization and crystallization section, dewaxing section and electrical control system.

The steam is delivered to the main cylinder in the workshop.

2. Supplies and services not included in Henan Zhongxing Grain (except as specified in the contract)

● Crude oil and refined oil storage tanks outside the supply area;

●Buildings, foundations, steel structures, platforms, supports;

●Intermediate cleaning device;

●Water sealing pool;

●Equipment lifting device;

●Total power distribution and high-voltage substation parts;

●Emergency power supply;

●Power switch and cable bridge outside the control cabinet;

●Lighting and lighting lines;

●The whole set of equipment is insulated.

3. The scope of the project undertaken by the buyer:

●Responsible for the design and construction of civil engineering;

●Responsible for the installation of the complete equipment of the project;

●Responsible for transportation and insurance costs at home and abroad;

●All public works and all pipelines and storage tanks outside the workshop;

●Technical service fee (used for installation guidance, stand-alone commissioning, test run and assessment and acceptance);
