1. Performance and characteristics of vertical hydraulic oil press:

(1) Vertical hydraulic oil press is a hydraulic oil press equipment with high pressure, high oil output rate and good oil quality.

(2) In the process of using the vertical hydraulic oil press, the power consumption is low, the investment is small, and the effect is quick.

(3) The vertical hydraulic oil press is small in size, occupies a small area, easy to learn, easy to understand, easy to operate, and has no special requirements for the operator.

(4) The main components of the vertical hydraulic oil press are made of imported high-quality steel, equipped with CNC precision lathes and modern high-tech combined processing, and the performance of the whole machine is good.

(5) The vertical hydraulic oil press adopts a fully automatic control system, automatic control of preheating temperature, and automatic control of hydraulic system pressure.

2. Precautions before starting the vertical hydraulic oil press:

(1) Preheating before each oil pressing, preheating temperature: summer and autumn are 50 degrees -70 degrees, winter and spring are 70 degrees -90 degrees. The preheating system is automatically controlled, and it is not necessary to turn off the temperature control switch.

(2) Clean the oil tank of the vertical hydraulic oil press and add enough hydraulic oil. Check whether the bolts of each part are loose. Check whether the line connection is correct. Hold the upper top plate wrench handle fully open, the upper top plate is 180 degrees from the working position, cushion the bottom of the press, and lower the piston into position for use.

(3) Run the vertical hydraulic oil press empty machine 1-2 times before each oil pressing. For example, if the hydraulic oil is changed in winter and spring, it should be empty machine running for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thinner and easy to operate.

(4) Drain the oil fume that has been fried, and put it into the press of a vertical hydraulic oil press.

(5) Put a cushion on the upper end of the pressing oil, place the separator plate on the upper end of the press, and push it flat into the press. If the oil is low, the oil can be raised when the machine is turned on to keep the oil on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper end surface of the press; otherwise, the upper plate cannot be closed, lift the handle of the manual valve, and start the press.

(6) The vertical hydraulic oil press needs to be operated by a dedicated person. The host is not allowed to leave during the boosting process. The main motor stops working when the pressure reaches 55 MPa. Otherwise, the power supply should be turned off immediately and the pressure gauge should be checked for damage or malfunction. , Whether the AC contactor is damaged, if it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately, and then it can be turned on and used after the check is correct.

(7) When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system of the vertical hydraulic oil press automatically stops. When the pressing pressure drops to 45 MPa, the electrical control system automatically opens, and the pressure of the pressure gauge rises again. No oil oozes out of the oil cracks, indicating that the oil has been squeezed out.

(8) To start the vertical hydraulic oil press, hold the handle of the manual valve and press down the spool of the manual valve to lower the squeezer to 10 mm from the top, lift the handle of the manual valve, and open the upper plate.

(9) When the vertical hydraulic oil press is shut down, the oil cake rises, and the piston plate is about 5 mm above the upper end surface of the press. Shut down, remove the material partition and the upper cushion, and take out the oil.

(10) Press down the handle, the piston will go down and prepare for the second press.
