Before the material embryo enters the press, it must go through a pretreatment process. The quality of the pretreatment will directly affect the normal operation and oil yield of the oil press. Different oils have different pretreatment process requirements, but mainly include the following items:

      1. broken. Certain fats and oils can be squeezed as a whole, but after crushing and rolling the embryo and then squeezing, the oil yield can be significantly increased. Its supporting equipment includes: crusher, embryo rolling machine and so on.

      2. Steamed and fried. Steaming and frying is an important part of improving the oil yield. The common method is to moisten the oil first, and then dry it in the wok to make the oil reach the required water and temperature of the process. The supporting equipment includes: steaming pan, Fried seed pot.

      3. Clean up. The oil entering the processing plant contains certain impurities (sand, stones, iron filings, etc.). If it is not carefully cleaned, it will accelerate the wear of the internal parts of the oil press, reduce the oil yield, and even cause malfunctions and accidents. The supporting equipment includes: cleaning sieve, stone removing machine, magnetic separator, etc.

      4. Shell. For oils with shells, they should be squeezed after peeling the shells, which can increase production capacity and oil yield. Its supporting equipment includes: peeling machine, separating screen, separator and so on. , Ready to put into the hopper. Note: The feed should not be too fast when starting to press, otherwise the pressure in the press chamber will suddenly increase and the press screw cannot rotate, causing blockage of the press chamber and even rupture of the press cage, resulting in a major accident. Therefore, when starting to compress, the feed should be evenly and slowly put into the hopper to make the oil press run in. Repeated this many times, lasting more than 3 to 4 hours, so that the temperature of the oil press gradually rises, or even smoke (this is a normal phenomenon). At the beginning of pressing, the temperature of the pressing chamber is low, and it can be slowly twisted. The handle on the stud can increase the thickness of the cake, and at the same time increase the water content of the pressed material. The temperature of the pressing chamber will be increased. After the temperature rises to about 90°C, after the oil press works normally, the thickness of the cake can be adjusted to 1.5~2.5mm, and the tightening nut is tightened.

      A good oil press can save users a lot of trouble in oil processing. The selected model can process granular oils such as rapeseed, soybean, peanut, cottonseed, tea seed, etc. When buying the machine, first check whether the machine's exterior paint is even, check whether the machine parts are missing, and then turn the large pulley by hand to make it rotate a few more times to check whether there is any foreign matter such as iron in the press chamber and whether it is stuck. At the same time, pay attention to whether the gear meshing in the gear box is normal.

Correct installation of oil press

      Before installation, the newly purchased oil press should be thoroughly cleaned. Pull out the main shaft, remove the upper squeezing cage, and use emery cloth to polish the outer and inner surfaces of the snail and the screw feeder smoothly. Add lubricating grease to all lubricating parts. The type and brand of lubricating oil added in the gearbox should meet the requirements of the instructions. After the round row is polished and clean, it must be arranged in the original position when installing the machine, and cannot be misaligned, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great influence on the oil extraction performance. After the round row machine is installed, it is compressed with a compression nut, and the degree of compression should be such that the disc can creep when the oil is pressed. After the oil press has been processed above, it can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the pulley of the motor should be aligned with the pulley of the oil press, the position is appropriate, the direction of rotation is correct, and the tightness of the transmission belt should be adjusted appropriately.
