The main producing countries are the United States, Brazil, Argentina and China. Soybean oil extraction is relatively large for human needs, and it is also one of the commonly used edible oils for humans.

1. Pretreatment process:

Soybean → cleaning → crushing → softening → rolling stock → drying → leaching

2. The leaching process:

3. Refining process:

Soybean crude oil → phosphoric acid degumming → washing and drying → adsorption decolorization → distillation deodorization → filtration → refined oil

4. Soybean oil extraction production line technology mainly has the following characteristics:

(1) Cleaning process:

The cleaning sieve removes impurities, the suction fan removes impurities lighter than soybeans, and the stone remover removes stones from soybeans. The cleaning process can completely remove 99% of the impurities in the soybeans, thereby reducing the wear and tear on the equipment and ensuring the quality of the soybeans.

(2) Precise billet process:

Destroy the cell tissue of the oil, increase the surface area of ​​the oil, and shorten the path of the oil outflow, which is beneficial to the extraction of the oil and also helps to improve the steaming effect. The requirement for the rolled billet is that the billet is thin and uniform, with low powder density and no oil leakage.

(3) Environmental protection and energy saving leaching system:

The extractor, a unique exhaust gas absorption system, has a relatively good absorption effect, and is fully energy-saving design. The heat energy is used for multiple times, thereby saving the amount of steam.
