The main components and functions of small batch edible oil refining equipment:
Small batch edible oil refining equipment is composed of refining tank, decolorizing tank, deodorizing tank, leaf filter, oil pump, vacuum pump, heat conduction oil furnace system and electric motor control system, which can realize crude oil degumming, deacidification, drying, decolorization and deodorization Functions, the specific functions of each device are as follows:
a. Oil refining pot: used to remove phospholipids, resins, proteins, sugars, trace metals, etc. in crude oil, generally using hydration and acid refining methods.
b. Decolorizing pot: used to remove various pigments, gums, oxides, etc. in the crude oil.
c. Deodorizing pot: The principle of vacuum stripping is used to remove low-molecular odorous substances, FFA, monoglycerides, glycolipids, sulfides and thermal decomposition products of pigments in the oil.
d. Heat conduction oil furnace: provide the heat energy required for the production of each equipment, and the temperature range is 280℃ above.
e. Steam generator: In order to meet the needs of oil plants (workshops) without steam boilers and the requirements of deodorization processes, a heat-conducting oil furnace is specially set up. The heat-conducting oil furnace can use coal, natural gas, heavy oil, and electricity as the heat source to heat the heat-conducting oil. After heating, the temperature of the heat-conducting oil can reach over 300°C. On the one hand, the heat-conducting oil can indirectly heat the heat required for each process of oil refining, and at the same time, it can also heat water into steam through a steam generator.
f. Vacuum pump: to achieve the vacuum requirements in the dehydration, decolorization, and deodorization sections of the edible oil refining project, and the vacuum degree can reach the above-mentioned 755 mmHg.
g. Leaf filter: filter clay to filter out transparent oil.
h. Air compressor vacuum machine: Blow dry the waste clay while blowing off the remaining oil in the blade filter.
The grease processed by the small batch type edible oil refining equipment has a transparent color, no precipitation after long-term storage, no foaming in the pot, and less oily smoke. It can reach the standard of edible oil and can be directly filled and sold.
