The small automatic screw oil press is suitable for squeezing various vegetable oils such as rapeseed, soybean, peanut, cottonseed, sunflower seed, linseed, etc., and is suitable for small and medium-sized oil mills.
1. The structure of a small automatic screw press:
The machine is composed of five parts: a hopper part, a gear box part, a press chamber part, a screw press part, and a frame part.
2. Working principle of small automatic screw oil press:
When the oil press is running, the processed raw material is like a hopper, and the oil enters the press chamber from the hopper, and then is pushed inward by the screw screw for pressing. Because the material embryo is in operation in the press chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure in the press chamber, a great frictional resistance is generated between the material embryo, the snail and the press chamber. In this way, the material blank and the material blank can be rubbed, causing relative movement. On the other hand, the diameter of the root circle of the press screw is gradually increased. When the screw is rotated, the screw thread enables the material embryo to advance and turn outward. At the same time, the material layer near the surface of the screw thread follows the press The shaft rotates, so that each embryo particle in the press chamber does not move at the same speed and in the same direction, but there is also relative movement between the particles. At this time, the heat generated by friction can not only achieve the heat required for the operation of the oil extraction process, but also help promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the raw material, destroy the colloid, increase the plasticity, and reduce the viscosity of the oil. The oil is squeezed out, thus speeding up the oil output rate of the oil press.

4. Common faults and solutions of small automatic screw press equipment:
(1)Fault one: The screw shaft of the automatic screw press equipment is stuck causing a sudden stop.
① It may be caused by poor discharge, clogged press chamber, etc. Pay attention to uniform feeding and control the thickness of the cake when pressing by the automatic screw press equipment. Once this happens, you should immediately turn off the power, stop feeding, plug in the feeding adjustment plate of the automatic oil pressing equipment, open the discharge plate, pull out the screw shaft, and remove the oil in the chamber. After all this is completed, it will be fully automatic The oil pressing equipment can be pressed again.
② It may also be caused by the input of a large amount of raw materials before the press chamber of the fully automatic screw oil press equipment is hot. When restarting the machine, pay attention to when the required temperature is reached before adding material. It may also be caused by hard foreign matter such as rocks in the oil entering the press chamber. Once this happens, stop the machine immediately, remove the hard objects in the chamber of the automatic oil pressing equipment, and check the degree of wear of the parts. If the parts are severely worn, they should be repaired or replaced immediately.
(2)Fault two, the automatic screw press equipment does not feed.
Generally, it is caused by the surface of the snail pressed by the automatic oil pressing equipment is not polished, the pressing rod is worn, or the oil has too much water. For the reason that the surface of the snail is not polished, it can be polished with emery cloth or dry residue. For the reasons of the wear of the fully automatic screw press equipment, the worn press can be replaced. In view of the excessive moisture in the oil, it is necessary to reselect the oil.
(3)Fault three, the automatic screw oil press equipment does not produce oil or the oil output rate is too low.
It may be caused by the pressing rod assembly of the automatic oil pressing equipment is too tight or the oil drain seam is blocked by the oil residue. The tightness of the sliver should be adjusted according to the level of oil content. It may be caused by too low temperature in the press chamber, worn parts, and unsuitable thickness of the cake. Attention should be paid to the use of automatic oil extraction equipment. It may be caused by unsuitable moisture content of the raw materials, damp and moldy raw materials, excessive impurities, and insufficient seed materials. The oil should be re-selected to control the moisture of the oil.
(4)Fault four, the automatic oil extraction equipment runs too much residue during the oil extraction process.
① In general, there will be a small amount of scum, but too much scum is abnormal. It may be caused by the thin cake. In this case, the thickness of the cake should be adjusted appropriately according to the requirements of the instructions. It may be caused by the poor plasticity of the oil and the difficulty in producing the cake, which has increased the pressure of the fully automatic oil pressing equipment. In this case, you can add appropriate water, run the automatic oil extraction equipment, speed up the temperature of the automatic oil extraction equipment, so that the plasticity of the oil can be accelerated.
②It may be caused by the excessively large gap between the pressing rods of the automatic oil pressing equipment or the bending of individual pressing rods. Inspection should be carried out. If it is because the sliver gap is too large, the squeezing gap of the automatic oil pressing equipment should be adjusted in time; if it is because the sliver is bent, you need to remove the sliver and straighten the sliver by grinding, shim, etc. , And then reinstall.
(5)Fault five, the automatic oil pressing equipment has a burning phenomenon.
Generally, it is because of the high speed of the snail pressing of the automatic oil pressing equipment, the high temperature of the machine, and the low moisture of the oil. The pulley should be replaced, the speed should be reduced, the temperature of the body should be controlled, and the oil with a higher moisture content should be selected.
