Production process of rice bran oil:
1. Pretreatment
After the rice bran is separated, the rice bran enters the pretreatment workshop of the leaching oil plant. At first, it is cleaned to remove impurities. The magnetic separator selects iron impurities and enters the rice bran extruder for puffing. The puffed rice bran has high water content. , It needs to be lifted to a plate dryer for drying and then transported to the extraction workshop by a scraper.
2. Leaching, steaming off
The puffed rice bran enters the leaching workshop and enters the sealed auger of the extractor. After the puffed rice bran enters the extractor, it is placed in different grids and leached in a countercurrent leaching manner. The concentration of the mixed oil leached by six cycles is gradually reduced, and then leached with a pure solvent. At this time, the oil in the rice bran has been left out and turned into bran meal. The bran meal is dripped and dried and then transported to the steaming machine by the buried scraper conveyor. The function of the evaporator is to heat and evaporate the dregs containing a large amount of organic solvent after leaching to separate the dregs from the solvent. The dregs are transported to the packaging workshop, and the solvent is evaporated into gas and sent for condensation and recovery.
3. The mixed oil evaporates
The oil in the puffed bran is extracted by the solvent in the extractor. The mixed oil is called mixed oil. The mixed oil is sent to the mixed oil temporary storage tank by the mixed oil pump, and then is stripped by the first evaporator, the second evaporator and the layer butterfly stripping. After the tower evaporates, the solvent in the mixed oil is basically evaporated, and the rest is the crude rice bran oil, which is delivered to the crude oil tank by the crude oil pump.
4. Solvent recovery
The solvent vapor in the extractor and the free gas in each container with mixed oil are collected in the balance tank through the pipeline, and then condensed and recovered by the condenser, the first evaporator, the second evaporator, and the layer butterfly stripper , The solvent gas evaporated by the evaporator is condensed into the solvent through their respective condensers for recycling. These condensers form a condensing system and rely on circulating water for cooling. The circulating water flows into the cooling pool for natural cooling and reuse.
5. Rice bran oil refining process
The crude rice bran oil from the leaching workshop is pumped into the filter to remove the remaining impurities. After being heated, it is sent to the acid refining mixer. It is fully contacted and mixed with the phosphoric acid and water input by the acid metering pump, so that the gums in the oil are separated out and sent into The degumming centrifuge separates the oily feet, and then the oil is pumped into the alkali refining mixer to neutralize the lye with a quantitative required concentration, so that the free fatty acids in the rice bran crude oil are precipitated, and then it enters the desoaping centrifuge to separate the soapy feet. At the same time, the separated oil is subjected to a light alkali and a water to wash the residual soap in the washing oil, and then is separated and dried by a centrifuge to obtain alkali refining. After the decolorization treatment with time and vacuum degree, the white clay that has absorbed the colored substances and other impurities in the oil is separated by a filter. The obtained decolorized oil is sent to the deodorization tower by heating and degassing, and the oil is further heated to the deodorization temperature in the deodorization tower, and deodorized by steam stripping under high vacuum. Deodorized oil can be obtained after cooling. The deodorized oil is cooled and crystallized and filtered to remove the rice bran wax, and after further cooling and crystallized, the high melting point solid fat in the rice bran oil is removed by filtration to obtain the final product oil.
