2. Main process parameters:
(1) Filtration and impurity removal: remove a small amount of impurities in the pre-squeezed crude oil.
(2) Alkali refining and deacidification: the initial temperature of the alkali refining is about 40℃, add the lye with the concentration of 16°Be′ (where the excess alkali is 0—0.1%), stir for 30 minutes after the alkali is added, and when the soap particles are condensed The temperature is raised to 65°C during analysis, and it is allowed to stand for 6-8 hours to separate the soapstock.
(3) Dehydration and desolventization: Separate the clear oil and raise the temperature to 65°C, wash with 75-80°C hot water for 1-2 times, and the washing water consumption is 10-15% of the oil weight. After standing to separate the wastewater, vacuum dehydration or desolvation is performed to obtain the rapeseed first-grade oil.
3. The standard used in the product:
GB11762 rapeseed, GB1536 rapeseed primary and secondary oil, ZBX14011 advanced rapeseed cooking oil.
