1. Lubrication of centrifuge

②Check the oil level of the centrifuge of the oil pressing equipment every week, and check whether the oil contains water through the oil drain bolt (loosen the oil drain plug to drain a small amount of lubricating oil). When the oil is milky white, you must learn to replace it with a new lubricating oil.

③When the centrifuge used for oil pressing equipment runs for 250 hours and then runs for every 750 hours, the gear box lubricating oil needs to be replaced and cleaned before adding new oil. (Clean with thin oil)

④The lubrication of the contact surface and thread surface of the centrifuge drum in the oil pressing equipment. When assembling the drum, the joint surface between the drum body, drum cover and lock cap must be evenly coated on the clean threaded surface. lubricating oil.

2. Cleaning of some parts of the centrifuge drum of the oil press equipment

①Usually when the inner wall of the centrifuge drum of the oil press equipment is full of solid impurities, that is, when the light liquid is found to be turbid during operation, it needs to be shut down for cleaning. The drum body does not need to be removed from the fuselage.

②Be careful when cleaning the oil sludge, and don't let the oil sludge flow between the centrifuge drum and the body of the oil press equipment.
