Our company's extractor has two types: flat rotation leaching and ring leaching. In the past ten years, our company has done many edible oil squeezing production lines, edible oil leaching production lines, edible oil refining production lines and complete edible oil squeezing, leaching, and refining production lines turnkey projects. Practice has proved that the design, installation and operation of our company's leaching production line are reliable, energy-saving measures are sufficient, water, electricity, steam, solvent and other consumption indicators are low, the residual oil of the meal is low, and the quality of the finished meal and crude oil is good.

2. Characteristics of annular leaching process:

(1) The ring extractor adopts chain drive, novel ring structure design, low speed, low power, stable operation, no noise, and extremely low maintenance cost;

(2) The feeding system automatically adjusts the speed of the host according to the incoming material, so that the required material level is always maintained in the storage box, which is conducive to the formation of micro-negative pressure inside the extractor and reduces solvent leakage;

(3) The design of the mixed oil circulation principle is beneficial to reduce the input of fresh solvent, reduce the residual oil in the meal, accelerate the concentration of the mixed oil, and achieve the purpose of energy saving by reducing the amount of evaporation;

(2) The pre-delamination and vapor-permeable layer adopts bell mouth discharge, which has good sealing performance. The direct vapor layer adopts closed air device to automatically control the unloading. The unloading is uniform and the material layer is stable. The cold and hot air layer adopts this layer to control this layer. The automatic material door unloads the material uniformly and stably;

(3) The quality of the meal is stable, the urease activity reaches the national standard, the color is light yellow uniform, there is no agglomeration, the moisture level is adjustable, the temperature is slightly higher than room temperature, and it can be directly packaged;

5. Characteristics of mixed oil evaporation process:

(1) The application of the negative pressure evaporation process makes it possible to utilize the waste heat of the second steam from the steaming and de-processing. The exhaust gas of the steam jet pump is supplemented, so that the first evaporator does not need to be supplemented with fresh steam;

(2) Use the high-temperature crude oil at the outlet of the stripper to heat the mixed oil at the outlet of the first steamer, speed up the inlet temperature of the second steamer, and further save energy;

(3) Low evaporation temperature, low crude oil residual solubility, light color, no phospholipid precipitation, and the evaporator and stripping tower are not easy to scale;

(4) The use of the horizontal stainless steel multi-tube condenser has a high solvent recovery rate, and the area of ​​the condenser is reduced, which saves investment in fixed assets;

(5) The use of energy-saving devices can further reduce the load of the evaporator and decondenser, speed up the temperature of the fresh solvent and the temperature of the wastewater discharged from the water distribution tank, and save some energy;

(6) The use of cooking tanks can reduce the solvent content in the discharged wastewater.

6. Characteristics of tail gas recovery process:

(1) The use of thin-film stainless steel packing absorption tower and analysis tower has a large specific surface area. The unique liquid distributor design makes the gas and liquid two phases fully contact, the absorption rate is high, the analysis effect is good, and the direct steam is saved;

(2) The use of oil-oil heat exchanger is more energy-efficient;

(3) The system is simple to operate, stable and reliable in operation;

(4) The effect of using well-known paraffin wax products is better, and the consumption of paraffin wax is low;

(5) The exhaust fan is equipped with a frequency converter, which can adjust the speed of the fan according to the pressure of the system, so that the exhaust emission is low.
