1. Main components and characteristics of hydraulic peanut oil press:

(1) The main body

Main components: The main components of the main body part are transmission box, hydraulic cylinder, piston, column, movable top, base, barrel, power distribution box, pressure gauge and automatic temperature control device, etc.;

Features: The main body adopts hard chrome electroplating process, with uniform color, never fading and can speed up the performance and service life of the machine.

(2) Hydraulic transmission part

Main components: The main hydraulic transmission components are composed of transmission worms, turbines, crankshafts, high-pressure pumps, gear pumps, one-way valves, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pipes and other components.

Features: The hydraulic transmission components have high reasonable rate, high pressure, stable upward pressure, high oil output rate, high temperature resistance, and continuous work.

(3) Hydraulic bidirectional cylinder part

Main components: Hydraulic two-way cylinder is composed of hydraulic cylinder body, piston, cylinder gland, hexagon socket screw, oil seal (made of imported polyurethane material, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, long-term use).

Features: The hydraulic two-way cylinder is characterized by relying on the oil pump to supply oil to the cylinder to force the piston to rise quickly and fall quickly, with short time, high efficiency and high degree of automation;

2. Precautions and operating methods before starting the hydraulic peanut oil press:

(1) Clean the oil tank and add 46#, 68# hydraulic oil.

(2) Check whether the bolts at each part are loose.

(3) Check whether the wiring of the line is correct, and connect the ground wire.

(4) After turning on the power, raise the automatic temperature control switch to about 70 degrees, first put a mat on the lower orifice plate in the barrel, and then add the fried oil to the barrel, and then put the mat after it is full , Put on the partition board, close the movable top, start pressing, put the reversing valve in the up position, about 6-10 minutes, you can complete.

(5) When the pressure gauge pointer has a 50 MPa red needle, the electrical control system will automatically stop. When a small amount of oil in the barrel seeps out, the pressure gauge pointer will drop to 46 MPa and the green needle will automatically start the electrical control system. Once it rises again, there is no oil leakage from the barrel, and the oil has drained out, and the load can be unloaded.

(6) Relieve the pressure, hold the handle of the reversing valve and slowly place it in the lowering position, so that the barrel is lowered to about 100 mm from the upper top, and the reversing valve is placed in the middle empty position, and the movable upper top is pulled to take the cake.

(7) Place the reversing valve in the up position and start to rise until the face plate on the top of the piston is about 5 mm above the surface of the barrel. Leave the reversing valve in the middle of the position, remove the upper material plate and cushion, and take out the material. cake.

(8) Then put the reversing valve in the lowering position to make the piston descend quickly, ready for the second pressing.

3. Safe use and maintenance of hydraulic peanut oil press:

(1) To ensure that customers work safely in the process of using electrical systems, grounding wire protection measures are required to ensure safety first.

(2) The characteristics of this machine can be changed from 380 volt power supply to 220 volt power supply with two-phase motor according to customer needs to achieve normal use.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to put an end to excessive pressure use without authorization and unauthorized dismantling! So as not to damage the machine parts and affect production.

(4) During the production process, it is strictly forbidden to drop debris into the mailbox and suck it into the pump. Lift the oil inlet valve and the steel ball. The oil pump cannot be produced without oil.

(5) The pressure gauge is inflexible and damaged. The production can only be started after the new pressure gauge is replaced before the start of production.

(6) The machine is not allowed to be overhauled during the period of high pressure and holding pressure.

(7) If there is limited blockage, a single-edged blade and feeler gauge should be used for cleaning and scraping.

(8) When the new machine is used for 1-2 months, it is necessary to suck out the hydraulic pressure, filter, settle and clean the oil tank, and then clean it once a year.
