1. Poor oil output from the oil press

If there is oil storage in the hopper, stop feeding and slowly flush out the oil with cakes before continuing to work normally. The oil can also be discharged from the discharge port, the press chamber parts can be reassembled, and the press can be turned on again.

(2) The oil has a high oil content, but the output cake is too thin so that the oil cannot be discharged from the crack in time and stored in the press chamber and hopper. At this time, the oilseeds with high oil content should be squeezed. The cake should be thicker, otherwise thinner.

2. Too much residue from the oil press

(1) The oil is too dry, and the broken pieces are discharged from the press cracks. At this time, the oil moisture must be re-adjusted.

(2) The oil is too wet to form pressure, and the oil residue cannot be separated. If the oil drain gap is too large at this time, the residue will be squeezed out of the oil gap. The moisture content of the oil and the tightness of the pressing rod assembly should be adjusted.

3. The oil output rate of the oil press is low

(1) The raw materials are too wet or too dry, damp and moldy, the grains are not full, and there are too many impurities. The oil must be re-cleaned, or the moisture of the oil must be adjusted.

(2) The oil drain joint is blocked by oil residue. It should be removed, and the tightness of the sliver should be adjusted according to the level of oil content.

(3) If the parts are worn out, the worn parts should be replaced.

(4) When the cake is too thin or too thick, the cake thickness or oil output should be adjusted.

(5) In the initial stage of squeezing, if the temperature of the screw press chamber is too low, the machine should be run in to speed up the temperature.

4. The screw shaft is stuck

(1) When there is too much feed in the initial stage of squeezing, the fried oilseeds can be slowly fed in, and the mill can be used to remove them repeatedly.

(2) During the squeezing process, the material in the press chamber is cut off due to a large amount of material being fed and the press chamber is blocked by oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and uniform. Once clogging occurs, the power supply should be turned off immediately, the feeding should be stopped, the discharge plate should be opened, the screw shaft should be removed, the oil in the chamber should be removed, and the pressure should be re-squeezed.
