Oil press is a kind of oil processing machinery. A machine that squeezes vegetable oil from the oil billets processed in the pretreatment section. Commonly used oil presses are hydraulic oil presses and screw oil presses, and pre-presses are mostly screw oil presses.
1.Hydraulic oil press: This machine is to directly add the oil after hot frying into the oil press barrel to squeeze out the oil. The main parts of the hydraulic oil press are piston, hydraulic cylinder, column, movable upper beam, base, oil pump, Barrel, electric heating ring and automatic temperature control device, etc. The materials are all made of high-quality metal materials, which speeds up the performance of the machine and ensures the service life of the components.
2. Precautions for hydraulic oil press:
When the hydraulic oil press is running, the processed raw material enters the press chamber from the hopper. Under the action of the screw thread rotation, the feeding end gradually advances toward the cake out end. The volume of each section in the press chamber is gradually reduced; and because the press screw thread continuously pushes the raw material into the press chamber, the product pressure is pushed back and the raw material is compressed, and the oil is squeezed out.
Before using the hydraulic oil press, all auxiliary appliances and containers should be prepared at first, and the tightness of the transmission belt should be checked and adjusted. Then turn on the motor, let the machine run idly for about 15 minutes, and check the speed of the screw shaft. The general speed should be around 33dmin. When idling, pay attention to the meshing of the gears in the gearbox and whether the sound is normal, and whether the bearing parts and the motor are normal. When the oil press is idling, the motor current should be about 3A. If the current is too high, stop and check immediately, and then start the machine after adjustment.
After the hydraulic oil press is operating normally, the oil output of the oil with high oil content is mostly concentrated in the row and the front group round row. The oil output at the row area accounts for about 60% of the total oil output, and the round row area at the front group accounts for about 30%; while the oil output at the end is very small, dripping and not forming a line, and the oil color is very clear. Repeated squeezing two or three times can squeeze out the oil of rapeseed or soybean. During this period, the oily residue with more oil can be evenly mixed into the embryo for squeezing. It is necessary to keep the material evenly during the cutting, and avoid over and under, otherwise it will affect the life of the oil press and the oil output rate.
During the operation, always check the cake output of the oil press, and control the moisture content of the blank material to be neither too high nor too low. The normal cake should be flaky, one side is smooth by the squeezing screw, and the other side has a lot of roughness. If the cake is loose and weak, or the cake is not shaped, and the color is darker, it will be broken into pieces with a hand, which means that the blank material has too little water; if the cake is soft and becomes large, or the oily foam increases, It means that too much water has been added. Under normal circumstances, there is no or little slag between the round rows, and the slag is discharged at the strip. If the slag is flakes, it means that there is more water, and if the slag is out, it means that the water is less. In addition, the change of the oil outlet position can be used to see whether the input squeezed water is appropriate. When the input squeezed water is too high or too low, the oil output position moves backward.
3. The screw oil press is a machine that continuously advances the blank in the press chamber and extracts crude oil under the action of dynamic squeezing. When the screw oil press is running, the processed oil enters the press chamber from the hopper. The raw material is continuously pushed inward by the squeezing screw for squeezing. Because the material embryo is in motion in the press chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure in the press chamber, a great frictional resistance is generated between the material embryo and the snail, and the material embryo and the press chamber. It can cause friction between the micro-materials of the embryonic material and cause relative movement. On the other hand, since the diameter of the root circle of the snail is gradually thickened and the pitch is gradually reduced, when the snail is rotated, the thread-strengthened blank can not only advance forward, but also turn outwards, and approach the screw thread at the same time. The surface material layer also rotates with the press shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the press chamber does not move at the same speed and in the same direction, but there is also relative movement between the particles. The heat generated by the friction realizes the heat required for the operation of the oil extraction process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the raw material, destroys the colloid, increases the plasticity, and reduces the viscosity, which is easy to precipitate oil. The oil output rate of the oil press is accelerated, so that the oil in the material is squeezed out and flows out from the gaps in the circular row and the gap in the row.
4. Maintenance and maintenance of screw oil press:
(1) The lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of work. The oil cup above the reduction box must not be short of oil. The inner bearing of the screw shaft adjustment screw should be filled with butter once per shift from the adjustment screw hole. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
(2) The lubricating parts should prevent the intrusion of dust and other impurities. The quality of the oil in the gearbox should be checked once a year. All the oil should be replaced if it is deteriorated.
(3) When the squeezing volume is reduced and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the squeezing screw shaft should be drawn out, and the wear of the squeezing screw, the squeezing strip and the cake ring should be checked, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.
(4) After the end of each shift, the residual cake in the screw press should be removed, and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be wiped off.
(5) When storing for a long time after the end of the production season, one maintenance should be carried out, and the snails, squeezed strips, and cake rings should be disassembled, washed and re-oiled, and placed in a dry place.
The press cage of the pre-press is also equipped with a scraper. The scraper blade goes deep into the press chamber and aligns each distance ring to prevent the blank from slipping in the press chamber and to prevent back blank, and to adjust the thickness of the cake. Control the pressure of the press chamber to reduce the residual oil rate. In addition, the machine also has a cake clamping mechanism to make the surface of the slag cake smooth, and is often attached with a steaming and frying pan, so that the steaming and pressing of the oil can be continuously performed. The screw oil press used as a pre-press is to pre-press the oil at a higher pressure, and then put the pre-pressed cake into the oil press to continue pressing or extract the oil by leaching. Therefore, the volume of the squeezing chamber at the inlet and outlet ends has a large change, and the production capacity is also large.
