1. Peanut oil extraction process

Peanuts are oil crops with higher oil content, and the oil content has reached 40-50%. When cleaning impurities, use a 10 mesh/inch sieve to screen to make it contain no more than 0.1% of impurities, then crush it with a crusher to a degree of 4-6 petals, then roll the embryo, and then enter the steaming to make moisture The content can reach 1-2%, and the squeezing can only be carried out when the temperature reaches 120-130 degrees.
2. Cottonseed oil pressing process
The cottonseed oil pressing process is as follows:
(1) Stir-fried seeds: generally put 1/4 to 1/3 of the capacity in the pot, fry evenly, turn over frequently, and the firepower should not be too large to avoid the shells from burning. After frying, the cotton seeds are flattened in the trough, and the hot steam is dissipated in the bucket with sticks, and it is easy to sieve and clean after it is cold.
(2) Sieving: Use manual sieve or fixed sieve to remove soil and impurities.
(3) Grinding: When grinding, the material should be less, and the flow should be even and continuous. The speed of the mill should be appropriately fast, so that the cottonseed is easy to break.
(4) Adding water: Sprinkle water along the ring groove of the milling roller. When milling, sprinkle water while turning the seeds at the same time, so that the draft of the billet is uniform and the milling is consistent. Milling for about 20 minutes, until the fine billet is not agglomerated.
(5) Steaming billet: Pour the billet into the steaming bucket and flatten it by hand to make the steaming bucket evenly ventilated, with the same temperature and moisture content. The bottom of the steaming bucket is round like a shau-kei back, and it is evenly heated. The water level of the steamer should be the same. The distance between the bottom of the steaming bucket and the water surface should be more than 16 cm, and the fire should be even.
(6) Cakes: Cakes should be distributed, fast, flat and tight, and squeezing should be concentrated and fast. The thickness of a single circle of pancakes is about 2 cm after pressing. The time should be shortened as much as possible to prevent the heat loss in the blank.
(7) Squeezing: When squeezing, the cake is aligned, and the distance between the circle and the circle is adjusted to prevent the cake from being uneven. When adding a tip, keep it until the oil flow is out of line. When the oil line is broken, squeeze for another 2 hours before squeezing.
(8) Clarification and filtration: There are many impurities in crude oil that is squeezed out. It should be cooled quickly, and then filtered after standing for a period of time to avoid darkening of the color and increase of refining loss.
3. Sesame oil pressing process
Sesame is a kind of oil with high oil content, and the oil content has reached about 45-63%. The pressing of sesame by oil pressing equipment is generally hot pressing.

Generally, the squeezing temperature should be around 110-120 degrees. When starting to squeeze, it is required that the feeding be slower, and normal squeezing can only be carried out when the temperature of the squeezing chamber of the oil pressing equipment rises to about 80 degrees. Adjust the thickness of the cake to be controlled at about 1.5-2 millimeters.
The moisture content of sesame seeds directly affects the use effect of the oil pressing equipment.
